The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading Corporate Services, the General Manager will:
- Provide strategic leadership and governance across People, Culture and Safety, Finance, Property and Marketing and Communications.
- Partner with the Executive Team to shape strategy, policy and organisational performance.
- Lead the integration and optimisation of corporate services to enable effective, cohesive and cost-efficient service delivery.
- Drive financial stewardship, workforce strategy, infrastructure planning and data informed decision making .
Key skills, essential criteria and desirables.
- Significant senior executive experience in a large and complex for purpose organisation.
- Strong financial acumen with relevant tertiary qualifications in business, accounting or finance.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver organisational change.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and performance delivery.
- Key executive leadership role reporting to the CEO.
- Opportunity to shape and lead a newly integrated Corporate Services function.
- Influence organisational strategy and long-term sustainability.
- Work within a values driven organisation supporting people on the autism spectrum.
- National scope with broad organisational impact.
