The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading Enterprise Strategy and Business Transformation, the General Manager will:
- Lead the development and delivery of Aspect’s enterprise strategy and strategic planning cycle.
- Drive organisation-wide transformation aligned to the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Executive Team on priorities, opportunities and risks.
- Lead digital, data and technology functions to enable innovation, improved service delivery and scalability.
- Oversee impact measurement, research and reporting to strengthen evidence-based decision making and sector leadership.
- Establish and lead government relations and advocacy to influence policy and system reform.
- Embed strong program, project and change management disciplines across the organisation.
- Drive performance insights, benefits realisation and data-led decision making.
- Build strategic partnerships across government, research and community sectors.
- Key skills, essential criteria and desirables:
- Significant senior executive experience leading strategy and transformation in a complex organisation.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation and strategic planning.
- Strong digital, data and systems thinking capability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organisational change.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across government and sector partners.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or a related discipline
- Key executive leadership role reporting to the CEO.
- Opportunity to shape a newly established Strategy and Transformation function.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation and innovation.
