A NDIS-registered provider, Achieve delivers expert disability support services in greater Sydney, Northern Rivers regions of NSW and South-East Queensland.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the General Manager (GM) Technology will play a critical role in developing and implementing the strategic roadmap to elevate Achieve’s information communication technology development ensuring scalable growth across the organisation within the next two years.
Leading a team of seven, the GM Technology will;
- Lead the strategic development of a digital transformation strategy;
- Develop and implement an AI strategy;
- Provide expert advice, solutions and business plan aligned strategies to the ELT; and
- Lead and manage the ICT team to further enhance their business partnering skills.
You will be an experienced GM Technology looking for your next career challenge within an organisation with a strong positive technology foundation wanting to elevate this to next level within an equally strong supportive culture. The successful candidate will have:
- Proven strategic capability and a positive, can-do mindset that shapes change through influence
- Strong communication skills, be highly collaborative and an experienced leader and manager
- Contemporary knowledge of ICT and leading -edge insights on enhancing functional effectiveness and
- Superior stakeholder engagement ability with both internal and external customers.
