The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Operations will:

• Lead and mentor operational managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes and high-quality support.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, quality frameworks, and governance requirements.
• Drive strategic development and operational improvement across multiple accommodation sites.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding and regulatory bodies.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability and growth.

• Demonstrated success managing multi-site accommodation or support services.
• Deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding frameworks.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, performance, and culture.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and service innovation.
