The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Operations will:
- Lead and mentor operational managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes and high-quality support.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, quality frameworks, and governance requirements.
- Drive strategic development and operational improvement across multiple accommodation sites.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding and regulatory bodies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability and growth.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced operational leader within disability, health, or community services, with:
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site accommodation or support services.
- Deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding frameworks.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, performance, and culture.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and service innovation.
- A collaborative, values-driven leadership style that fosters inclusion and accountability.
- A senior leadership role with genuine influence and scope for impact.
