Following a period of significant growth, BESTMED are now seeking additional Implementation Officers for their team.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Implementation Officer plays a key role in delivering successful rollouts across healthcare facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering onsite and remote training to Nurses, Managers, and Prescribers.
- Providing hands-on post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitoring facility progress and providing feedback and improvement suggestions to management.
- Capturing customer insights and working closely with IT teams to enhance system performance.
About you
You are a confident, engaging professional who enjoys working directly with clients and supporting change in dynamic environments. You are comfortable travelling at short notice and thrive in a hands-on, delivery-focused role. The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness and availability for interstate travel.
- Ability to work autonomously and engage varying audiences.
- A full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
