About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Graduate Researcher / Research Intern to join our growing executive search team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in executive search, recruitment, talent advisory or consulting.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Researchers, you will support the delivery of executive and strategic recruitment projects across Australia’s social purpose sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting candidate research, sourcing and talent mapping activities
- Identifying and engaging prospective candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Assisting with market research and industry mapping projects
- Preparing candidate profiles, reports and client documentation
- Supporting the coordination of interviews and recruitment processes
- Building knowledge across the education, government and care economy sectors
- Working closely with senior team members to learn executive search methodologies and best practice

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn. You may be a recent graduate, current university student, or someone early in their career looking to move into a professional services or recruitment environment.
Key capabilities include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and online research tools
- A proactive and positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Interest in recruitment, executive search, consulting or talent advisory
- Tertiary qualifications (completed or in progress) will be highly regarded
