The opportunity
The company has expanded into the Caravan Park and Lifestyle Village sector, acquiring seven communities across QLD, NSW, and WA. We are seeking a collaborative, hands-on Park Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Benalla Tourist Park in northeast Victoria. Aligned with their ambitious acquisition success, their planned developments for this site are in motion.
This mixed-use village features 145 revenue-generating sites, including:
- 61 land-lease homes
- 9 park-owned rental properties
- 29 tourist cabins
- 46 sites and motel rooms
- Resident and Community Engagement
- Leadership and Operational Management
- Financial Management
- Property Management
You are a commercially astute business manager with a growth mindset and experience in real estate, hospitality, or aged care. You bring:
- Proven success in operational, financial, and customer outcomes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to identify and capitalise on sustainable growth opportunities
