The opportunity
This is a hands-on, impactful HRBP role where you will be the bridge between people, teams and managers, ensuring HR practices are applied consistently and effectively. You’ll have broad responsibility across recruitment, performance management, learning & development, ER/IR support and employee engagement, giving you the chance to shape culture and capability across the organisation.
The People & Culture Business Partner will:
- Be a pivotal role in supporting the People and Culture team with compliance, performance management, and employee engagement across service divisions.
- Build strong relationships across service divisions to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement of people practices, policies and HR systems, embedding best practice across the organisation
- Experience in community services, aged care, disability or regulated environments is a strong advantage
- 3–5 years HR generalist/HRBP experience with strong performance management skills
- Confident partnering with managers at all levels

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills
