About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Business Partner to join our RPO Solutions team, focusing on the aged care and disability sectors. In this client facing delivery role you will take ownership of volume recruitment campaigns, managing a seamless recruitment process and positive experience for candidates and clients alike.
This role is hands on, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, using advanced AI assisted screening platforms while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
About the Role
- Developing sourcing plans for volume recruitment mandates with accuracy and care
- Managing the candidate pipeline from first engagement through to offer and onboarding
- Acting as the first point of contact for applicants, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Coordinating client and hiring manager interviews, managing offers and overseeing onboarding
- Ensuring compliance through accurate documentation in line with recruitment legislation and client processes
- Escalating risks or compliance issues where required
- Meeting and exceeding client KPIs through disciplined process delivery
About You
We are looking for a driven, well organised recruitment professional who thrives in a fast paced, client focused environment.
- Strong understanding of best practice recruitment processes
- Proven background in recruitment delivery (agency, in-house or RPO)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise multiple and conflicting delivery priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A solutions focused mindset and passion for continuous improvement
