The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Scheduling and Allocations Manager. This is a critical role responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of scheduling and workforce deployment across our Victorian Services.
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Vic Services, the Manager will oversee a team of Rostering Officers and lead the design and implementation of efficient and sustainable scheduling models that meet the needs of our clients and support workers.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of effective end-to-end rostering and workforce allocation
- Drive service and workforce optimisation, utilisation and sustainability
- Enhance customer service delivery through efficient and responsive scheduling
- Model and implement continuous improvement in systems and processes
- Manage the performance and development of a dedicated rostering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Lead data-informed decision making through accurate reporting and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including the NDIS
About You
You are an experienced operations leader with a passion for client-focused service delivery and a track record in workforce scheduling or allocations.
You bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in coordination or scheduling within the community or health sector
- At least 3 years' experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of rostering systems (e.g. Carelink or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated success in driving workforce efficiency and client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project implementation skills
- NDIS knowledge is desirable
