The opportunity
- Take the lead in shaping the future of Nextt’s Brisbane services, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and sustainable growth.
- Drive strategy across a multi-million-dollar portfolio, influencing both operational delivery and long-term service development.
- Inspire, mentor, and empower Client Experience Managers and their teams to deliver consistently high standards of care.
- Work with senior leaders across Quality, Safeguards, People & Culture, and Business Development to align workforce capability with participant needs.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in client experience, building stronger connections with clients, families, and the wider community.
- Proven track record as a senior leader in disability, health, or community services, with the ability to balance operational excellence and strategic growth.
- Natural relationship builder with the presence and influence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially astute, experienced in managing complex budgets and driving performance across large teams.
- Knowledgeable in NDIS, safeguarding, and quality frameworks, with a passion for client-centred care.
- Tertiary qualifications in health, allied health, disability, or business management.
