The opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of accountants, this Senior Manager role sits at the heart of the business. You will run complex client portfolios end-to-end, providing commercial insight and strategic financial advice to growing businesses, while playing a key role in shaping how our outsourced finance function continues to scale.
You will:
- Own delivery across a diverse client base, moving seamlessly between detail and advice
- Act as a trusted finance partner to founders and leadership teams
- Lead, coach and elevate a growing team, setting the pace and standards
- Drive smarter ways of working as the business grows and evolves
You are a confident finance leader who enjoys owning outcomes and working closely with clients. You like variety, responsibility, and building strong teams.
