About the opportunity
Due to increased growth, we are looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants and Principal Consultants to join our team. With the success of our Executive Search practice, you would experience unprecedented access and warm relationships to Executives across for-purpose organisations in Australia. Your key focus will be on sub-executive management appointments within Aged Care, Disability, Social Services, Education or Government sectors.
 
Orchard offer retained search for all permanent roles, ensuring a dedicated and thorough recruitment process tailored to each client’s needs. Joining Orchard Talent means you’ll have the unique opportunity to deliver sub-executive roles, whilst learning the art and science of executive search directly from experienced Executive Partners. This hands-on mentorship ensures you gain deep expertise while working alongside industry leaders.
 
About you
We’re looking for high-energy, solutions-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Excellent written and professional communication
  • A passion for the Human Services sector and for-purpose organisations
  • Prior recruitment experience within an agency setting.
  • Experience recruiting within Aged Care, Disability, Education, Government or similar sectors (highly desirable).
