The opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for leading the Care Team in delivering therapeutic supports for children and young people.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide therapeutic support to children and young people with complex needs
• Lead Care Teams to ensure safe, supportive, and trauma-informed care environments
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies, including positive behaviour support and care/case planning
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating referrals, managing transitions, and ensuring placement stability

About you
• Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, occupational therapy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience delivering therapeutic support to children and young people
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice
• Resilient, confident, and pragmatic when managing complex situations
