Alex McDonald, our Managing Director, founded Orchard Talent Group. As the Managing Director, he leads the Group’s overarching strategy and CEO & Board practice.

With over a decade of executive experience across the Australian Human Services industry, at times of immense change, Alex has led several of the most impactful Human Service executive restructures in our country's history.

Since founding Orchard, Alex has assisted over 400 organisations across Australia with their workforce considerations, helping them strengthen capability and deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.
