Adam leads executive search engagements for government and social purpose organisations, with a focus on senior leadership roles in regulation, service delivery, infrastructure, human services, health and justice. He works closely with Boards, Chief Executives and senior leaders to shape leadership teams that can deliver impact, navigate complexity and drive reform. Through his work, Adam contributes directly to Orchard’s mission of elevating people, organisations and sectors that positively impact the lives of Australians.
Adam brings over 20 years of leadership experience, including as Chief Executive of the NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority and CEO of NSW Trustee & Guardian. He has led major reform and transformation across financial stewardship, regulation, emergency services and social justice - managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios and driving cultural, digital and structural change. His experience gives him a unique insight into the leadership qualities needed to succeed in high-accountability, high-impact environments.
Adam holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Management, and undertook an Executive Certificate in Public Policy at Harvard University.
