As an Associate Director, Christine focuses on IT, Digital, Growth and Transformation across the care economy. Her work spans leadership roles in technology, program and project delivery, marketing and communications, sales, procurement, data and analytics, AI, cybersecurity and change management. She partners with forward-thinking organisations to connect them with talent who can drive innovation, deliver sustainable growth and create sector-wide impact.
With more than 20 years of national and international search experience, Christine brings a deep understanding of people, strategy and organisational complexity.
Before moving into recruitment she held senior management roles, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face across government, business and not-for-profit organisations. Her career is the culmination of two passions - people and business - and she combines commercial acumen with a highly relational approach to deliver strategic talent solutions and meaningful outcomes.
