She collaborates closely with our Partners and clients, playing a key role in identifying and securing leaders who align with organisational values, leveraging deep research, meaningful candidate relationships and a human-centred search process.

 

With four years’ experience in recruitment, Grace brings expertise in executive search and candidate management. Grace is dedicated to fostering a professional and positive experience for both candidates and clients, contributing to leadership appointments that support long-term, impactful outcomes. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Business from Dublin City University, Ireland.
