As a Principal within Orchard’s Education practice, Gunjan partners with organisations across the education sector to identify and appoint high-quality talent. She works closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions, supporting the appointment of professionals who contribute to positive outcomes for students, educators and communities across Australia.

Prior to joining Orchard, Gunjan worked in Disability Employment Services and has experience in the education sector. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Policy and Leadership, bringing a strong understanding of workforce development and support systems to her recruitment work.
