As Research Manager, Jess leads Orchard’s research function across executive and board appointments. She partners with Consultants and Partners to design tailored search strategies, identify and engage top talent, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and candidates. Jess also builds the capability of the research team, embedding consistent practices and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
With more than seven years of international experience leading research functions, including establishing an insight-led practice at a global search firm. Jess brings expertise across healthcare, higher education and the public sector. Her approach combines analytical rigour, sector knowledge and a strong commitment to candidate care, enabling appointments that strengthen organisations and deliver lasting impact.
