Jess is an Associate Partner within Orchard’s Executive Search practice, specialising in Government and Healthcare sectors. She leads executive and board appointments, partnering with clients to design and deliver targeted search strategies that secure high-calibre leadership talent.

 

Jess brings eight years of executive search experience, including six years leading research functions, including establishing an insight-led practice at a global search firm, prior to transitioning into her current role. She has worked across a broad range of senior appointments spanning clinical, operational and corporate portfolios, developing a strong understanding of complex public sector and health environments.
