As a Senior Candidate Care Consultant in Orchard’s Advisory Services and Solutions Team, Kandy works closely with candidates and clients across the Out-of-Home Care, Residential and Youth Services sectors. Focussing on building genuine relationships and connecting frontline services with people who have the skills, values and compassion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable people across Australia.

Kandy brings a background in internal and external recruitment across England and Australia, spanning not-for-profit, telecommunications and corporate sectors. She is passionate about recognising people’s potential and creating positive candidate experiences.
