Marcus supports Orchard's Solutions team with research, data analysis and candidate care on recruitment programmes. He reports progress against agreed measures such as time to appoint, offer acceptance and retention to ensure that client goals are met while maintaining consistency across operations. He also helps make sure every candidate has a positive, well-supported experience, from first contact through to settling into their new role.

Marcus brings direct experience recruiting for the disability sector. He has managed end-to-end recruitment across frontline, coordination and supervisory roles. His earlier career in five-star hospitality has equipped him with the skills to ensure a personable yet professional approach to candidate and stakeholder engagement. He is completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University, which informs his person-centred approach.
