Maree is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in financial leadership, business partnering and operational performance. As Chief Financial Officer at Orchard Talent Group, she works closely with the leadership team to strengthen commercial performance and ensure the business has the information, systems and financial discipline needed to deliver on its ambitions.
Before joining Orchard, Maree held senior finance leadership roles within the property and professional services sectors. She brings a practical and collaborative approach to her work, combining strong financial insight with a genuine understanding of people and business.
