As Chief Commercial Officer, Michael provides leadership and support across all sectors, helping to shape Orchard’s growth and ensuring we deliver lasting impact for our clients and candidates. Michael’s focus is on building sustainable, purpose-driven partnerships that align commercial outcomes with social good.
Michael brings a diverse career background to Orchard, having spent over a decade as an officer in the Australian Army before moving into the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, where he held senior leadership roles. He also led sales and marketing teams across Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and French Polynesia, successfully launching a dialysis business in the region. Later, he built and launched his own over-the-counter healthcare product, which deepened his experience in bringing innovative products to market.
This breadth of experience, from global corporates to entrepreneurial ventures, informs Michael’s approach at Orchard, where he is passionate about helping organisations attract leaders who will thrive in times of change and uncertainty.
