As a Recruitment Consultant in Orchard’s Education team, Niamh partners with organisations that shape learning, development and opportunity across Australia. She supports the recruitment of sub executive roles within the education sector, working closely with clients to understand their needs while ensuring candidates feel supported, informed and valued throughout their journey. In this role, she contributes to Orchard’s mission of strengthening essential workforces and helping ensure children, young people and communities have access to high quality education and support.
Niamh brings a diverse background in talent acquisition with experience across pharmaceuticals, banking and social purpose sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in human resource management.
