Rhodie is Orchard’s Partner – Health. Within the practice, she leads senior executive, board and clinical speciality appointments across the health sector. In this role, she brings a strong strategic, operational and governance-informed perspective, supporting boards and executive teams to navigate complex systems, regulatory environments and periods of reform. Rhodie works closely with clients and colleagues alike, combining rigour and empathy to deliver thoughtful, high-quality search outcomes aligned to organisational purpose.
Across her career, Rhodie has successfully delivered more than 400 senior executive appointments and is trusted to manage complex, sensitive and high-stakes recruitment processes with discretion and care. With a background working closely alongside boards and executive teams, she brings a deep understanding of the operational realities facing health and care organisations.
