As a Senior Medical Recruitment Consultant at Orchard Talent Group, Roland works with healthcare organisations to identify and secure talented medical professionals, both locally and internationally. He takes a consultative, relationship-driven approach, focused on understanding workforce needs and creating successful, long-term placements.

 

Roland brings more than 25 years of recruitment experience across Australia and Ireland, including over seven years as Principal Consultant. His experience spans metropolitan, regional and rural healthcare settings, giving him a strong understanding of the challenges involved in attracting medical talent and supporting access to care. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
