As a Researcher within the Executive Search practice, Sarah supports the appointment of senior leaders and non-executive directors across government, not-for-profit and community-focused organisations. She works closely with our Partners and clients to deliver high-quality, values-aligned leadership outcomes, grounded in strong research, candidate engagement and a people-centred approach.

With almost seven years experience in recruitment, she bring expertise in executive search, candidate care, compliance and credentialing. Sarah is passionate about creating a positive experience for our candidates and clients alike, while helping to deliver leadership outcomes that support meaningful, long-term impact. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business and Management from Maynooth University, Ireland.
