About the opportunity
Due to growth in our Education practice, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team. In this role, you will gain unparalleled access to established client relationships and retained search processes, focused on appointing leaders across early learning services, education providers and corporate functions within the education sector.
You will work closely with partners who bring extensive experience across education and early years, providing mentorship and guidance while delivering high-impact recruitment solutions for organisations shaping outcomes for children, families and communities. These partnerships allow you to manage retained search processes end-to-end, build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and contribute to impactful appointments that strengthen education delivery.
Orchard offers retained search for all permanent roles, ensuring a dedicated and thorough recruitment process tailored to each client’s needs. About you
We’re looking for a high-energy, solutions-focused individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience recruiting within the Education sector, ideally with exposure to Early Years
- Prior recruitment experience within an agency setting
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing existing client relationships
- Excellent written and professional communication
- A passion for the Education and Human Services sectors and for-purpose organisations
