The opportunity
Working across finance, operations and corporate teams, the Business Analyst will turn complex data into practical insight that improves performance and supports executive decision-making.
This is a broad role spanning management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement and acquisition integration during an exciting period of transition and national growth.

The opportunity
Working across finance, operations and corporate teams, the Business Analyst will turn complex data into practical insight that improves performance and supports executive decision-making.
This is a broad role spanning management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement and acquisition integration during an exciting period of transition and national growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing operational and financial performance, including occupancy, revenue, labour costs, care minutes, agency usage and service profitability.
- Developing dashboards, KPIs and management reports that explain trends, risks, opportunities and budget variances.
- Mapping and improving business processes, defining requirements and supporting change, systems and transformation initiatives.
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, business cases, acquisition due diligence and the integration of new operations.
You will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, accounting or a related discipline, together with CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience analysing business performance and preparing management reporting in aged care, healthcare, NDIS, community services or another regulated sector.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
- The ability to interpret complex information, communicate clear recommendations and partner effectively with varied stakeholders.
- Aged care systems, funding models, multi-site operations and acquisition or integration experience will be highly regarded.
- A fully remote role with visibility across finance, operations and executive leadership.
