The opportunity
Leading the People & Culture function, the Director People & Culture will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape workforce strategy, culture and organisational capability.

Lead the organisation’s People & Culture strategy across workforce planning, engagement and leadership capability.
Oversee HR operations including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance and organisational development.
Drive WHS leadership, payroll governance and workforce compliance across the organisation.
Support organisational change initiatives while fostering a collaborative and values-led culture.

About you
You are a contemporary People & Culture executive with strong strategic and operational capability and a collaborative leadership style.

You will bring:

Significant senior HR / People & Culture leadership experience within complex organisations.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, WHS and industrial relations frameworks.
Experience leading organisational change, workforce transformation and culture initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
Experience within community services, healthcare, disability or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
