Grafton Base Hospital – ACEM Accredited Training Site

ACEM-accredited Emergency Medicine training (12 months ED accreditation).
Approximately 30,000 ED presentations annually.
Around 26% paediatric presentations.
Three resuscitation bays.
Protected teaching time and structured FACEM examination preparation.
Broad exposure to acute and complex emergency presentations.

Maclean District Hospital

Emergency Medicine Registrar opportunities in a smaller regional hospital environment.
Valuable hands-on clinical experience.
Supportive clinical team.
Close to Yamba and the beautiful Northern NSW coastline.

About You
We welcome applications from doctors with:

A recognised medical degree.
General AHPRA registration or eligibility for the Competent Authority Pathway with AHPRA.
Previous hospital experience, preferably in Emergency Medicine.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
A genuine interest in Emergency Medicine and ongoing professional development.
A desire to be more closely to connected to the community you work in.
