The opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Client Relationships and leading a team of Relationship Associates (RA), the Manager, Relationship Associates is responsible for managing the execution of digital strategies and improving onsite activity to educate their employees by leading database generation, participation growth and brand advocacy for the state through the effective day to day management of the RAs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead, coach and develop a team to drive performance, engagement and capability uplift
• Deliver digital and onsite strategies to grow participation, leads and brand advocacy
• Build strong client relationships while acting on customer insights to improve outcomes
• Monitor performance against targets, driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the team
About you
Critical to your success as Manager, Relationship Associates will be your ability to enhance RA efficiency and effectiveness through coaching, guidance and continuous improvement of processes and internal and external stakeholder relationships. You will bring the following key skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading sales or account management teams
- Strong background in business development and managing client portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and lift team performance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and improve customer experience
