About the opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help promote Orchard Talent Group’s unique mission and strategic vision. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the way we communicate with stakeholders, tell the Orchard story and deliver engaging, impactful content.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, coordinating stakeholder events, managing digital channels and creating high-quality written, visual and digital content. This role offers a mix of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery.

- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing and producing social media and digital content
- Experience planning and delivering stakeholder or corporate events
- Excellent attention to detail, project management and organisational skills
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
