The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing, communications and brand initiatives that drive occupancy growth, enhance reputation and strengthen engagement with residents, families, veterans and the broader community.
Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive enquiries, occupancy growth and brand awareness
• Leading brand, communications and content across digital, print, social media, PR and community channels
• Creating and executing campaigns, events and partnerships that strengthen community and veteran engagement
• Managing website performance, CRM marketing activities, agency relationships and marketing ROI
You are an experienced marketing and communications professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a genuine commitment to purpose-driven work.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing and communications programs
• Strong brand management, digital marketing and content development expertise
• Experience managing campaigns, agencies, stakeholder relationships and marketing budgets
• Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive measurable outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups - Experience within retirement living, aged care, property, health, lifestyle or related sectors will be highly regarded
