This is an exciting opportunity to lead an OSHC service through its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Multi-Site Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large and dynamic service while creating a positive culture for children, families and educators. Supported by experienced senior leaders, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on one of the organisation's most significant services.
Reporting to the Multi-Site Leader, the Nominated Supervisor will:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of before school, after school and vacation care, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.
  • Lead, mentor and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and engaging programs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, the school community and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

About you
You are an experienced and approachable leader who enjoys being present within your service and supporting educators to thrive. You are passionate about creating safe, engaging environments for children and understand the importance of building trusted relationships with families and the wider school community.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Leadership experience within OSHC, early childhood education or a similar education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality improvement.
  • Relevant ACECQA-approved qualifications and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or the ability to obtain).

What’s on Offer
  • Lead 3Bridges' Green Square OSHC service supporting a growing community.
  • Join a respected not-for-profit with more than 40 years of community impact.
  • Salary packaging and additional wellbeing benefits.
