The Opportunity
 
Reporting to the Executive team, the Facility Manager will lead the overall performance of the large residential aged care community, balancing exceptional care outcomes with operational and financial sustainability.
 
As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
  • Lead all aspects of service delivery, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care
  • Drive operational performance across quality, workforce, occupancy and financial outcomes
  • Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team and positive workplace culture
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
  • Champion compliance, continuous improvement and best-practice service delivery
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that support growth, innovation and long-term success
 
About You
 
You will bring:
  • Senior leadership experience within aged care, health care or a related sector
  • Clinical qualifications and a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • A demonstrated track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence
  • Strong financial, workforce and stakeholder management capability
  • Sound understanding of quality, risk and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine commitment to resident-centred care and positive team culture
