Lead revenue accounting, funding reconciliation and analysis in a fully remote role supporting Apollo Care’s continued national growth.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Revenue Accountant will own the accurate recognition, reconciliation, reporting and analysis of Apollo Care’s revenue streams.
Covering government funding, resident contributions, accommodation revenue and home care income, this role is central to revenue integrity, regulatory compliance and the organisation’s financial sustainability.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Revenue Accountant will own the accurate recognition, reconciliation, reporting and analysis of Apollo Care’s revenue streams.
Covering government funding, resident contributions, accommodation revenue and home care income, this role is central to revenue integrity, regulatory compliance and the organisation’s financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end revenue accounting, including journals, accruals, adjustments, schedules and reconciliations to operational systems.
- Overseeing reconciliation and reporting across AN-ACC, HCP, CHSP, resident fees, additional services, RADs and DAPs.
- Analysing revenue performance, funding variances, occupancy, resident mix and other drivers to support forecasting and planning.
- Strengthening revenue controls, supporting audit and compliance requirements and improving reporting, systems and reconciliation processes.
You will bring:
- A degree in accounting or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience as a Revenue Accountant, Financial Accountant or similar in aged care, healthcare, NDIS, community services or another regulated sector.
- Strong knowledge of government-funded program reporting and residential aged care or home care financial operations.
- Proven capability in complex reconciliations, data migration, analysis and multi-entity environments.
- Experience with Care Systems, AN-ACC, RADs, DAPs or aged care billing will be highly regarded.
- A fully remote specialist role within a growing national aged care alliance.
- Ownership of a critical function with broad exposure to finance and operations.
