About the Opportunity
Joining our Executive Search team, the Team Coordinator will play a central role in the smooth running and delivery of our recruitment services in the team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to Executive Search Partners with diary management, scheduling and preparation of collateral as required
- Serve as project coordinator for executive search processes, offering critical support in documentation, client communication and ensuring adherence to timelines
- Providing day to day administrative support to our Executive Team
- Engaging with both internal team members and clients to ensure positive service delivery
- Welcome and manage office visitors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression
- Support the coordination and setup of internal and external office events
- Manage mainline phone and Orchard mailbox, triaging enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
- Oversee office supplies, facilities and day-to-day office operations to maintain a smooth and professional environment
About You
With previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, you will have a strong desire to deliver excellent outcomes. In addition, you will have:
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- An ability to take initiative and support in optimising work practices
- Experience managing office operations, including events, supplies and visitor coordination
- Strong experience using MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and technology platforms
- Strong alignment to working in a for-purpose role, supporting the delivery of services to some of the most vulnerable individuals across Australia
