Work Health & Safety / Injury Management Coordinator | Sylvanvale
Sylvanvale is seeking an experienced WHS/Injury Management Coordinator to drive best practice injury management and return to work outcomes across the organisation. This is an opportunity to partner with leaders, employees and external stakeholders to ensure injured workers receive the right support while helping strengthen workplace health, safety and wellbeing across the business.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Health & Safety, you'll become the organisation's subject matter expert for injury management and return to work. Working closely with operational leaders, employees, rehabilitation providers, insurers and medical practitioners, you'll ensure workers compensation claims are managed proactively while supporting positive recovery outcomes.

- Coordinate end-to-end workers compensation claims and return to work programs
- Partner with leaders to provide practical injury management advice and early intervention support
- Facilitate case conferences and build strong relationships with insurers, treating practitioners and rehabilitation providers
- Analyse claims trends, maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the WHS function

You'll bring:
- Return to Work Coordinator certification
- Demonstrated experience managing workers compensation claims and return to work programs
- Strong knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislation
- Experience building relationships with operational leaders, insurers and rehabilitation providers
- Excellent communication, organisation and case management skills
- Experience within disability, healthcare, aged care or community services will be highly regarded
